Don’t Miss Another Moment

I have loved going to the House of Hearing! They are super I friendly and helpful! They were willing to work with me and helped get me the best deal. This is a small office, which means they are easily accessible. No ridiculous phone menus with 20 people that can't help you. I highly recommend the house of hearing!

Went into house of hearing in Orem today to try out some new hearing aids. They fit them to me they adjusted everything I needed to be adjusted and so far I can hear. I got meet the new owner of house to hearing Dave he was very pleasant talk to and so was Brenda. It's good to meet new people and smiles on their faces.

My experience at House of Hearing Orem was excellent. The office is tidy and run professionally, but everyone spoke with was also guite friendly and personable. I was a bit nervous about what to expect but Brenda Devereaux (Au. d) put me at ease right away. She performed a thorough hearing test that I believe at a few points was tailored to me personally based on things she noticed or things I brought up. She also did a visual inspection of my ear canals and inner ears. She went over the results with me and recommended a specific hearing aid that has some strengths she thought would work well for me because of some of some of the unique issues she saw during my hearing test. I had questions about the CROS and biCROS technologies (I have asymmetrical hearing loss) and she explained the pros and cons and why she wouldn't recommend that for me at this time (because rny hearing on the poor side is still correctable). In all, I was very pleased with my visit and her recommendation and plan to continue going there for my future care and eguipment. I will also mention that my wife also made and appointment there and she had a positive experience too. In her case, no hearing aid was recommended because she doesn't need one yet So if you're in that boat you don't need to worry that unnecessary equipment will be pushed on you if you don't need it. Five stars!
